Businesses are requested to go through following steps to quickly onboard their chatbots on various channels.  

1. Connect channel using Setting Module. 
2. Design customer journey using drag and drop Flow Builder.  
3. Define fields which include custom fields and tags. This can be done via developing flow as well as via Fields module.  
4. Identify rich cards which you like to use in flow like text, card, list, video, image, delay etc. 
5. Add rich cards to Send Message node.  
6. Connect node to other nodes like API, Live Chat, Send Message etc.  
7. Publish flow. 
8. Set flow trigger mechanism be it welcome flow, keyword based, QR code based etc. 
9. Experience flow on preview or on channel.  
10. Define API into Integration section, if business would like to push custom field data to their internal system. Once business define API into integration then they can use same APIs (Application Programming Interface) into flow builder API node section.  
11. Define automation if business would like to trigger specific customer journey using keyword or QR codes.
